Who we are
Painters and decorators based in Great Yarmouth
Academy Property Services paints and decorates homes and business premises from a base in Great Yarmouth. The work ranges from refreshing a single room to redecorating a whole property, inside and out, including wallpapering.
Every job starts with a conversation about the rooms or surfaces involved, what needs preparing and how you want the finished result to look. We then explain what we would do and what affects the price before you decide.

How we work
How we manage a decorating job, from first call to finished room
1
Discuss the job
Tell us about the rooms or surfaces, the finish you want and any access or timing needs.
2
Assess and quote
We look at condition and preparation, then explain the scope and what affects the price.
3
Prepare and decorate
Surfaces are protected, repaired and prepared before the finish coats go on.
4
Check and tidy
We go through the finish with you and leave the area tidy.
In your home or premises
Decorating in lived-in homes and working premises
Many jobs are done where people live or work. That means protecting furniture and floors, agreeing what you need to move beforehand, keeping you informed about timings and leaving the area tidy at the end of each stage.
Tell us about anything that affects the work, such as pets, children, working from home or a business that stays open, and we will plan around it where we can.
